Design Thinking

"Design thinking is a human-centered approach to innovation that draws from the designer's toolkit to integrate the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success” (Tim Brown, president, and CEO, IDEO).

 

Design thinking mirrors the iterative learning and solution-building that characterises the world of tertiary study and work after schooling. This approach develops your capacities to explore, question, test, create and develop new innovations so that you can creatively and confidently adapt to disruptive change. Design thinking is empathetic as it implicitly drives a more thoughtful, human approach to innovation and change.

- Establishing an emotional connection with your client

- Conveying a personal and business narrative that reflects your reimagined place

- Creating an ethics oath
